YesYouCan participated at the Sydney Gluten Free Expo at Olympic Park Exhibition Hall 5 on August 21st 12pm-6pm and 22nd 9am-3pm.
We sampled our pancakes, Red Velvet cupcakes and the Vanilla cupcakes, Banana bread and some of our new Artisan ranges.
Our YesYouCan baking mixes were a great success! We had a lot of positive feedback on our new artisan recipes: raspberry & coconut bread, chocolate & orange zest cake, apple & cinnamon muffin, ancient grain pancake and super grain cookie.
