YesYouCan held a baking demonstration in India last 27 February, 2020. The presentation was held in JW Marriott Hotel in India with Chef Sebastian Simon leading the event.

Chef Sebastian Simon is an executive chef with over 23 years of experience in hotels and clubs. He is currently a culinary instructor and industry assessor in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. He also owns Lava Salt Consultancy, a boutique consulting firm offering food consulting services, hand-made artisan salts, and personalised chef services.

SalDoce Fine Foods co-director Cristina Talacko moved to Australia from Brazil in 1997. While she loved her new home, she missed the foods and ingredients of her native country. In 1999, she decided to quit her legal career and start manufacturing a Brazilian delicacy called pao de queijo. Made with tapioca and cheese, the gluten-free bread – launched as Frevos – was a huge success among coeliacs, children and caterers.

The article talks about how hyperconnected migrants accelerate the spread of ideas is a blog managed by Daphne Goh, who was born in Kuala Lumpur (KL), Malaysia and now lives in Sydney, Australia who has been diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and is on a gluten free diet.

Her blog is dedicated to gluten free Asian recipes, food, and lifestyle. It focuses on gluten free, lactose free, and healthy, simple, easy, delicious and authentic Asian recipes.
