Gluten Free Raspberry & Coconut Bread Recipe

 

It's so easy to bake a gluten free bread with YesYouCan Raspberry & Coconut Bread Mix! It's low in sodium, reduced sugar, and high in fibre. We made it with fresh raspberries for added fruitiness and freshness. We hope you like this video.

INGREDIENTS

  • YesYouCan Raspberry & Coconut Bread Mix

  • 3 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer

  • 150ml water

  • 70g dairy free melted margarine

  • 1 bread tin

  • fresh raspberries

  • shredded coconut

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional)

  2. Combine eggs, water, melted margarine and bread mix in a bowl

  3. Fold mixture by hand until a uniform batter is formed

  4. Chop 1 cup fresh raspberries and add to bread batter

  5. Pour batter in oiled bread tin

  6. Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden brown

  7. Cool on a wire rack

  8. Top with shredded coconut

  9. Slice and enjoy!
