Chia Oil

Chia Seed Oil is a nutrient rich oil with a mild nutty taste. Our Australian white chia seeds come from the pristine Ord River in Western Australia and have been cold pressed to preserve the taste and purity of the seed. Our Chia Seed Oil is gluten free and vegan and has many health benefits:

• Rich source of omega-3 essential fatty acids which are associated with heart health, brain health and raising the “good” HDL cholesterol
• Contains antioxidants which can reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers
  

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

• Just a small amount is beneficial – a 2.5ml serve provides 1.6g of omega-3, the Heart Foundation recommends all Australians should consume 1g of plant-sourced omega-3 each day
• Ideal ingredient for salad dressings
• Add to your next smoothie, yoghurt or breakfast bowl
• Can also be used for personal care – apply chia seed oil for shiny hair and healthy skin
