Organic hulled buckwheat is a nutritious alternative for wheat. Rinse buckwheat thoroughly under running water before cooking to remove any debris or dirt. Add one part buckwheat to two parts boiling water or broth. Bring to a boil then lower heat, cover and simmer for around 30 minutes.
