Gluten Free Banana Bread Overload with YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix [How to Bake]
Sink your teeth in a luscious banana bread overload slice! Follow our simple instructions in this video and serve this delicious treat to your family. You only need YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix, bananas, and icing!

INGREDIENTS:

  • YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix
  • 170ml water
  • 80g margarine
  • 3 eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer
  • 3 bananas

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 18°0C (conventional)

    2. Combine 170ml water, 3 eggs, 80g margarine, and YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix in a bowl

    3. Fold by hand until batter is uniform

    4. Pour batter in a greased cake tin and bake for 45-50 minutes

    5. Remove from bread from the oven and leave to cool on a rack

    6. Once cooled, carve out inside bread leaving a half inch base and 1 inch sides

    7. Place cut-up bananas inside the bread

    8. Spread icing on top

    9. Chill and serve
