YesYouCan, an Australian family-owned company pioneer in manufacturing allergen sensitive and gluten free foods, announces the return of the Artisan Australian flours to their product line. The company, committed to delivering quality and trusted products to its consumers, made a decision to bring back their highly sought after Australian flours.

The Artisan flours were first launched in 2016 but were put on hold in 2019 due to the drought that caused difficulty in sourcing. A year later, it’s back by popular demand with updated packaging.

Many customers are still puzzled on how to bake a gluten free bread that isn’t dry, crumbly, tasteless, sinks, or not rising at all. What are your tips and tricks in baking the perfect gluten free bread?
