Multi Grain Bread Mix

My husband is the Coeliac and I am the cook! He really enjoys the flavour and the light, soft texture of this mix either in the form of a loaf of bread or bread rolls and I find them quick and easy to make. Well done YESYOUCAN!

This is by far the best gluten free bread mix I've tried. It baked up so well in the bread maker. The bread is soft, holds together, and could be eaten straight, without having to toast. It froze well and retained its softness when defrosted. What a Christmas treat eating ham and cheese sandwiches on such soft tender gluten free bread!!!!

I am so very impressed with this product. Not only was it very easy to make (I included yeast as well) but it had a lovely flavour and, best of all, a soft beautiful texture - better than many loaves of normal bread. Thank you!

I purchased your product and cooked the bread yesterday, I have been gluten free now for many years and I find most breads not the best. However, I wanted you to know your bread is simply the best it actually tastes like real bread, I had it hot with butter, my goodness I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Wow. I have just made and eaten your Gluten Free Multi Grain Bread Mix.7 years I have been diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, so 7 years since I have been able to eat hot, fluffy, amazing bread. You have made my heart sing. So many times over the years, I have tried different gluten free products that promise this and that on the packaging but the finished product is never as good as expected thank you so much for delivering your promise right through.
