North African-Style Spiced Multigrain Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack YesYouCan Multigrain Bread Mix

  • 7g instant yeast

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp ground coriander

  • 300ml warm water

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 10 mins until bubbly.

  2. Add the Multigrain Bread Mix, olive oil, and spices. Mix into a soft dough.

  3. Knead lightly and rest for 30 mins.

  4. Roll into flat circles (about 1cm thick) and cook on a hot pan for 3–4 mins each side until golden.

  5. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle extra cumin seeds before serving.
