Ingredients

1 pack YesYouCan Choc Fudge Brownie Mix

2 eggs or Vegan Egg Replacer

100 ml oil or melted butter

80 ml water

½ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp cayenne pepper (or chili powder, to taste)

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Optional topping: melted dark chocolate drizzle or a sprinkle of flaky salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional). Line a 20 cm square baking tin with baking paper.

Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, water, cinnamon, cayenne, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.

Pour & bake: Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 25–30 minutes or until just set in the centre.

Cool slightly: Let brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

Finish: Drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle sea salt for an extra kick.
