As a coeliac it is a joyful change to find a buckwheat flour that has not been contaminated with gluten.
Not only is it the only gluten free flour I prefer for taste & consistency, it is the only alternative flour I find works best for cooking and baking, plus has is good source of nutrients & fibre.
This flour is excellent quality - finely ground and without any of the sourness you can get from overseas buckwheat. I will be buying it again and again and again for my gluten free baking :)
