YesYouCan Chickpea Flour, also known as gram flour is made from ground chickpeas (garbanzo bean) giving its distinctive golden colour. YesYouCan chickpea flour comes from the fertile growing regions of the Wimmera in Central VIC, where rich soil deposits yield high Australian quality produce. Health benefits
Chickpea flour can be used as a healthy substitute for wheat flour. It is a good source of protein and an excellent source of fibre, with more protein than other flours. Chickpea flour has less carbohydrates than wheat four and is also rich in magnesium, copper, folate and manganese.
