Ingredients:
CAKE MIX: Gluten Free Flour Blend (Maize Flour, Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch), Sugar, Cocoa (6%), Palm Oil**, Raising Agents (Glucono Delta Lactone, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Natural Flavour.
Frosting: Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Burnt Sugar, Natural Flavour, Carotene.
The cupcakes are really tasty. The texture of the crumb is so good it feels like you're eating a gluten cake. The caramel frosting has a good flavour without being sickly sweet, but I wouldn't recommend using nuttelex (if you need dairy free). Its flavour is overpowering in the frosting. I'll try butter for my next batch.

Made these cupcakes and they were very nice but I found the caramel icing too sweet so I sprinkled with sea salt and they balanced out the sweetness!!! Stayed fresh for a week in a sealed container… great quality…
