Chocolate Mud Cake Mix 5kg


 YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake is a rich and decadent treat that everyone will enjoy. So easy to make, just add wet ingredients, stir with a spoon and bake, no mixer required!

Cake Mix:Sugar, Gluten Free Flours (Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Maize Starch, Maize Flour), Cocoa Powder 10%, Modified Tapioca Starch (Distarch Phosphate), Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Glucono Delta-lactone), Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Fibre, Natural Flavours, Salt Chocolat


  1. Preheat oven to 160C (fan forced) or 180C (conventional)
  2. Grease cake tin or spray with vegetable oil
  3. Combine 150ml water, 100ml oil, 2 eggs, and 550g Chocolate Mud Cake mix in a small mixing bowl
  4. Fold mixture with a wooden spoon. Scrape down sides of bowl.
  5. Pour batter into a greased cake tin and bake for approximately 45-50 minutes. Cake is baked if it bounces back when gently pressed at the peak of the cake.
  6. Remove cake from the oven. Leave in tin for 10 minutes before placing it upside down on a wire rack to cool.
