Self Raising Flour 5kg

Ingredients:Gluten Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, Maize Flour), Starches (Tapioca Starch, Maize Starch), Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose,
Cellulose Gum), Raising Agents (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate,
Glucono Delta-lactone).

Instructions:

You will need:

  • 150g YYC Self Raising Flour
  • 30ml vegetable oil
  • 85g caster sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 75ml water
  • 1 egg (or egg replacer)
  • muffin tray

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) or 180°C (conventional oven).
  2. Spray the muffin tray with vegetable oil (if you have patty cases, place them in the tray)
  3. Whisk egg and add water, oil, vanilla essence and blend.
  4. Add self-raising flour and sugar.
  5. Fold in mixture until the batter is uniform.
  6. Pour batter into the muffin tray.
  7. Bake for approx. 20-25 minutes*.
  8. Remove the tray from the oven and let rest on wire tray before
