Ingredients:

Sugar, Gluten Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Maize Starch, Maize Flour), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (9.8 %), Raising Agents (Glucono Delta Lactone, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Natural Flavours, Salt, Fibre.


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160C (fan forced) or 180C (conventional)
  2. Grease cake tin or spray with vegetable oil
  3. Combine 150ml water, 100ml oil, 2 eggs, and 550g Chocolate Mud Cake mix in a small mixing bowl
  4. Fold mixture with a wooden spoon. Scrape down sides of bowl.
  5. Pour batter into a greased cake tin and bake for approximately 45-50 minutes. Cake is baked if it bounces back when gently pressed at the peak of the cake.
  6. Remove cake from the oven. Leave in tin for 10 minutes before placing it upside down on a wire rack to cool.
