Pizza and Focaccia Bread Mix

One packet made 3 good-sized pizzas and the coeliacs in my household enjoyed the taste. Competitively priced with minimal effort to mix and roll out. I'll be buying this again.

This would have to be the best gluten free base I’ve ever had. It’s better than any premade bases or mixes I’ve tried. Better than any recipe I’ve tried too. It’s easy to make and once frozen it’s easy to defrost and use it.

I have been buying Yes You Can Pizza and Focaccia Bread mix for a while now. We moved house and I could no longer buy it at the shop, so now I buy 6 at a time online.
It's great. You get two bases in one mix, and it freezes really well.
Hubby isn't in pain, and we can have the topping we want.
Have recommended it to many people who need the Gluten Free mix.

This is the first time I have used a "packet" mix for a pizza base. I loved the easy to follow instructions and the lack of fuss to make the bases. My husband, who is not bothered with gluten, also loved the texture and taste of the base. I prefer thin and crispy and that is exactly what I produced with your base mix.

This is by far the easiest and best pizza bases I have found safe for coeliacs. They get a good rise and have a delicious taste! My only negative would be that I wish that they had gluten free safe yeast packets with it or sold similar to their egg replacer as finding a safe gluten free labelled yeast on the market has proved tricky. Would recommend and have bought many times and will many times again!
