Instructions:Combine 375 cake mix with 160ml water, 60g softened margarine and 2 eggs (or egg replacer). Mix on low for 1 minute, then medium for 1 minute. Pour into a greased 8” round tin and bake at 160°C fan forced / 180°C conventional for 30–35 minutes*. Cool on a wire rack. *Oven times may vary.
