Our Chia flour is milled from white chia seed grown in Australia. Chia Flour has a slightly nutty flavour and is ideal to increase fibre and Omega 3 oils in smoothies, cereals and baked goods.
Chia Flour can be used as a binding agent to replace xanthan or guar gum or as an egg replacer. Even combine with normal or gluten free or for cookies or cake making.
