CAKE MIX:Sugar, Gluten Free Flour Blend (Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Maize Starch, Maize Flour), Cocoa Powder (9.8%), Raising Agents (Glucono Delta Lactone, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Natural Flavours, Salt, Fibre.

GANACHE:Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Cocoa Powder (6%), Burnt Sugar.

Made this cake twice now using sunflower oil and egg-replacer. It’s delicious and rich and moist. The taste is sweet but not too sweet. There’s a lovely aftertaste too, like cocoa. The ganache icing takes a few times in the microwave and mixing but comes out really good in the end. I ordered a whole box more but I think the local IGA also sells them too. The best thing is that the mix is dairy, egg, gluten and also soy free! I have a soy intolerance and it’s so difficult to find anything without emulsifiers! Thank you soooo much for going the extra mile to make something I can enjoy too! Love it!

Fabulous product

Fabulous product, sooo easy to make (no electric beater involved in the cake) and tasted sensational.
We made it into cupcakes and the supplied icing was awesome.

I find the yes you can cakes to be very moist & delicious, better than most non gluten free cakes. My whole family loves them even though they are not gluten intolerant

I have an egg and peanut allergy grandson so have been trying these products, and have been very pleasantly surprised as they all mix up well and the taste is amazing!!! Just taste like a regular mud cake!!!
