Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp YesYouCan Chocolate Mud Cake Mix
- 3 tbsp dairy-free milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (e.g. vegetable or coconut oil)
- Optional: a few dairy-free choc chips or a dollop of peanut butter in the centre
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, depending on your microwave wattage. Cake should rise and look set on top.
- Let cool for a minute (careful, it's hot!), then dig in. Add a scoop of ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.
