Chocolate and Rice Bran Bites

Makes 15-17 balls, 35 grams each

Ingredients:

  • 250gm YesYouCan Rice Bran
  • 90ml Maple syrup
  • 50ml Coconut oil
  • 100gm gluten free organic chocolate buttons
  • 60gm cacao powder (unsweetened)
  • 100gm dates pitted and blitzed
  • 50gm cacao nibs
  • Extra cacao powder for dusting the bites

 

Directions:

  1. In a large 25cm pan add coconut oil and maple syrup and bring to medium heat, do not boil
  2. Add the YesYouCan Rice Bran to the pan and toast.
  3. Add chocolate buttons and keep aside to cool.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into bit size portions at 35gm each. Dust with cacao and refrigerate
