Makes 15-17 balls, 35 grams each
- 250gm YesYouCan Rice Bran
- 90ml Maple syrup
- 50ml Coconut oil
- 100gm gluten free organic chocolate buttons
- 60gm cacao powder (unsweetened)
- 100gm dates pitted and blitzed
- 50gm cacao nibs
- Extra cacao powder for dusting the bites
- In a large 25cm pan add coconut oil and maple syrup and bring to medium heat, do not boil
- Add the YesYouCan Rice Bran to the pan and toast.
- Add chocolate buttons and keep aside to cool.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into bit size portions at 35gm each. Dust with cacao and refrigerate
