Gluten Free & Vegan Banana Bread Recipe with YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix [How to Bake]

We made a delicious, totally VEGAN banana bread! Hint: we used our Vegan Egg Replacer and it was absolutely delicious. 🍞🍌


  • YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix
  • YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer
  • 170ml water
  • 80g margarine
  • toppings of your choice, we chose cinnamon, walnuts, bananas


  1. Combine Banana Bread Mix, 170ml water, 80g margarine, and egg replacer in a bowl
  2. Mix with a whisk until well combined
  3. Slice a banana in half lengthwise
  4. Pour bread batter in a tin and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon
  5. Top with halved banana
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 160C fan forced oven
  7. Cool completely before slicing
  8. Serve and enjoy!
