Multi Grain Bread - Oven Instructions

Oven Instructions to Bake Multi Grain Bread

  • To make 1 x 22cm bread
  • Place 290ml Water and 2 eggs in mixing bowl
  • Add 400gm of YesYouCan Multi Grain Bread Mix
  • Mix on slow for 1 min and scrape sides
  • Mix on medium for further 4 mins
  • Grease bread tin and pour mixture into tin
  • Cover with foil and bake at 180°C (convention oven) for 30-35 mins
  • Remove foil and bake for further 10-15 mins

YesYouCan Multigrain Bread Mix is both delicious and healthy. It's made with whole grains for added fibre and contains sunflower seeds and linseeds for Omega 3. It's very easy to bake, no kneading or proving required. It can be easily baked in a loaf pan in the oven or in a bread maker if you prefer. You will be amazed how long it stays fresh!
