Multi Grain Bread Mix

YesYouCan Multigrain Bread Mix is both delicious and healthy. It's made with whole grains for added fibre and contains sunflower seeds and linseeds for Omega 3. It's very easy to bake, no kneading or proving required. It can be easily baked in a loaf pan in the oven or in a bread maker if you prefer. You will be amazed how long it stays fresh!

Ingredients:

Gluten Free Flours (Tapioca Starch, Maize Flour, Potato Starch, Sorghum Flour, Quinoa Flour), Grains and Seeds 11% (Linseed, Kibbled Buckwheat, Sunflower Seed), Whey Powder (From Milk), Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Glucono Delta-lactone), Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Skim Milk Powder, Maltodextrin (Maize), Fibre, Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced) or 200C (conventional oven).
  2. Grease tin or spray with vegetable oil.
  3. Place 2 eggs and 270ml lukewarm water into a mixing bowl then add 400g multi grain bread mix. (Optional: you may add 7g of instant dry yeast and 1 tsp of sugar).
  4. Using an electric mixer (use bread hook for better results) blend in slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl.
  5. Mix on medium speed for further 2 minutes.
  6. Pour dough into the bread tin. For best results cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes*

My favourite easy to bake GF Loaf

I have been buying this bread mix for almost two years, firstly from a retail store, and then directly from "Yes You Can". It's so easy to prepare and bake, either in the oven or the bread machine.
I add the 'optional' extras as well as more seeds, and have it down to a fine art, with the results consistently good.
Sometimes I buy the 5kg bags, and other times I buy boxes of 6, so I never run out of bread mix.

Thank you so much for sharing this! It’s awesome to hear you’ve mastered the bread mix and made it your own with those extra seeds and ingredients. We love that you’re always stocked up and ready to bake! Here’s to many more delicious loaves ahead!

The best GF bread mix

This is the best tasting bread I have bought or made, even tastes good on the second day. My husband says it tastes as good as white bread and he’s not GF. So easy to make, I just stir by hand, add the extra yeast but no sugar and bake in the oven or airfyer. Have also halved it to make mini loaves

Hi Samantha,
Thank you for the glowing review! We're so happy to hear our Multi Grain Bread Mix has become a household favourite, even winning over non-GF eaters like your husband! Love that you’re experimenting with mini loaves and different methods too. Happy baking! ✨

These are the most amazing Gluten free baking products i have ever purchased. For the first time since realising my body is better without wheat I feel like i can still enjoy some bread, without feelibg like im eating a sponge. Oh and dont get me started on their banana bread. Im the only one that eats Gluten Free in my house, but im lucky to even get a slice of the banana bread its that good.

I totally recommend these products.
