
- Combine 1 cup Buckwheat Flour, 1 egg, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 1/4 cups milk, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, and mix until a smooth batter.
- Heat on a frying pan or a skillet on medium heat.
- Add sunflower oil and pour in enough batter for one or two pancakes. When bubbles start to form on top of the pancake, turn the pancake over to cook the other side.

Excellent easy recipe, I didn’t add the sugar or vanilla because I like to make savory buckwheat pancakes.
The buckwheat flour is by far the best I’ve used
