 Gluten Free Red Velvet Whoopie Pie Recipe with YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix [How to Bake]

INGREDIENTS

  • YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix
  • 2 eggs or Vegan Egg Replacer
  • 160ml water
  • 60g margarine
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • icing sugar

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine YesYouCan Red Velvet Cupcake Mix, eggs, oil, and water
  2. Using an electric mixer, mix ingredients for 2 minutes
  3. Oil cupcake tray well and scoop 1 tablespoon of the cake batter
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C conventional oven
  5. Take cupcakes out of the tray and chill for 10 minutes
  6. Cream the cream cheese for 2 minutes and gradually add icing sugar
  7. Add frosting to a piping bag
  8. Flip the cupcake halves and squeeze icing on the flat side
  9. Put the other half on top to make a sandwich
  10. Serve and enjoy!
