Homemade Gluten Free Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups YesYouCan Gluten Free Plain Flour

  • 3 large eggs or YesYouCan Vegan Egg Replacer

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Water, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Place flour on a clean surface. Make a well in the centre.

  2. Add eggs, oil, and salt into the well. Slowly mix with a fork, gradually incorporating flour.

  3. Knead into a smooth dough (add water if dry). Let rest for 20 mins.

  4. Roll out dough and cut into your desired pasta shape (tagliatelle, fettuccine, etc).

  5. Cook in boiling salted water for 2–3 minutes until tender.

Tip: Use a pasta machine for thin, even sheets. Serve fresh with your favourite sauce.
