Rich and Indulgent Banana Bread

This recipe is from our customer David who recommended to use mashed bananas to replace water to get a richer, more flavourful result! 


  • YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 medium-sized mashed bananas
  • 80g margarine
  • toppings of your choice, we chose cinnamon, walnuts, bananas


  1. Combine Banana Bread Mix, bananas, 80g margarine, and eggs in a bowl
  2. Mix with a whisk until well combined
  3. Pour bread batter in a tin and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon
  4. Top with halved banana
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 160C fan forced oven
  6. Cool completely before slicing
  7. Serve and enjoy!
