Matcha Buns RecipeBy YesYouCan Gluten Free
Who knew that adding matcha to cheese bread could turn out to be so delicious! Just add a tablespoon of matcha powder to YesYouCan gluten free Savoury Snack dough, shape, and bake! Yummy!
- YesYouCan Savoury Snack Mix
- 200ml lukewarm water
- 60ml vegetable oil
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 160ºC (fan forced) or 180ºC (conventional).
Line a cupcake tray with patty cases or spray with canola oil.
In a bowl, mix 3 eggs, 170ml water, 80g melted non dairy margarine, 120g chopped walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 mashed banana with YesYouCan Banana Bread Mix well and place in the patty cases.
Fold by hand until batter is uniform.
Bake for approx. 20-25 minutes.
