Ingredients:
- 1 red onion
- 4 green chillies
- 4 garlic cloves
- coriander
- 140g Besan Flour
- 250 mL water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper,
Directions:
- Finely chop 1 red onion, 4 green chillies, 4 garlic cloves, and coriander.
- Combine 140g besan flour, 250 mL water, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, chillies, garlic, and coriander and mix well.
- Heat and grease a large nonstick pan.
- Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan and tilt to spread the batter.
- Turn after 3 minutes and cook for a further 1 minute or until golden brown.
- Remove, cover and repeat.
