Indian Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 green chillies
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • coriander
  • 140g Besan Flour
  • 250 mL water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 
Directions:
  1. Finely chop 1 red onion, 4 green chillies, 4 garlic cloves, and coriander.
  2. Combine 140g besan flour, 250 mL water, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, chillies, garlic, and coriander and mix well.
  3. Heat and grease a large nonstick pan.
  4. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan and tilt to spread the batter.
  5. Turn after 3 minutes and cook for a further 1 minute or until golden brown.
  6. Remove, cover and repeat.
